We use Therapeutic Massage to help you become pain and stress free and Holistic Skincare techniques to correct finelines/wrinkles and aging skin. We want to help you move better so you can do all the activities you love in this gorgeous desert as well as have beautiful hydrated skin after a long harsh summer!

You never pay more for “add on’s”. We never up-charge for services. Every massage and facial is customized to your needs. We will work together to determine specific tools that may be used once you’re on the table.
Experience
You’ll walk into our welcoming Gilbert studio where you’ll be greeted by your Massage Therapist. We’ll take you into our Massage/Facial room where we’ll have a quick consultation about what you’d like to work on. Your treatment will be tailored to your needs.
Full Hands on Time
Your session will always be full hands on time. We know what it’s like to pay for a 90 mins session and only receive 80 mins.

Hi! We're Shannon and Sharlene
Twin sisters and owners of The Valley Massage and Skincare in Gilbert, Arizona. We are dedicated to helping you achieve your health, wellness and skincare goals. Our mission is to provide a supportive and encouraging environment where our clients can feel comfortable and confident.
Our Story
We grew up in sunny southern California and absolutely loved it but, decided we needed a change and chose beautiful Arizona, specifically the East Valley in March of 2023! In 2008 we attended Massage Therapy school together and in 2009 became licensed Massage Therapists. From 2009-2013 we worked in various spa settings gaining amazing business experience. In 2013 we opened our business in Ventura, Ca where we were the #1 go to Massage studio for many years and our favorite service was and still is Couples Massage! During our 10 years running our business we worked with 1000's of people from all over the world. Shannon attended school for Esthetics in 2018 to offer skincare services to our clients and Sharlene was licensed in Esthetics in 2021. Sharlene also received her certification as a Personal Trainer and nutrition coach in 2020. We absolutely love helping people, and we want to continue to do so for many years to come!
In our free time you can find us taking a class to learn something new.
We love the outdoors and one of our favorite things to do is swim and kayak at the salt river or one of the nearby lakes.
We love the Gilbert community and checking out new restaurants and shopping local.
