We are honored to work with you.  In order to have the best experience, please review our policies and make sure you are in agreement before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to these policies. 

Card on file

A card on file is required to hold your spot.  This will be used toward your appointment, and/or used toward No Call/No Show or less than 24 hour cancellations.  Read Below.

Cancellation Policy

We know things happen/come up and you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  That is ok.  There is no fee if notification is given 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Notification that is given less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be subject to a $50 fee and the card on file will be charged. 

*In the service industry and as sole practitioners, our livelihood is jeopardized when someone does not show up or gives late notice that they are not able to make their appointment.  This causes us as your service providers to not make money for that time slot.  You're also preventing someone else from getting a session who may have really needed our services.  I respect your time and expect the same in return.  This is to protect a very valuable resource, our time!

Late Arrival

Out of consideration for both of us, please plan to be on time to receive your full session.  If you are late, we will only be able to give you the remaining time available and you will be responsible for paying the full length of the session.
